偏動式形狀記憶合金驅動器系統建模與仿真

       為了實現偏置形狀記憶合金驅動器的快速響應和高精度控制系統,基于Kanaka-Liang提出的形狀記憶合金材料的一維本構關系建立偏置SMA執行器的熱力學模型.針對合金執行器材料的非線性滯后特性,結合PID控制和模糊控制各自的優點,設計了模糊增益自調節PID復合控制器方案,

并對偏置形狀記憶合金驅動器的響應特性進行了仿真。結果表明,與PID控制器和模糊控制器相比,模糊增益自調節PID復合控制器具有響應快、超調小、適應性好等優點。模糊增益自調節PID控制策略可以充分滿足偏置形狀。記憶合金驅動器對控制精度的要求。
